3. The Valuation Process
Our service works as follows:
- Submit Your Details — You complete our online form with your vehicle registration, mileage, condition, and contact information, and upload photos of your vehicle.
- Receive a Competitive Offer — Our team will review your submission and contact you within 24 hours with a valuation offer via email or phone.
- Secure Payment & Collection — If you accept our offer, we will arrange a convenient collection time and process instant bank transfer payment upon inspection and collection.
All offers are subject to physical inspection of the vehicle. We reserve the right to revise or withdraw an offer if the vehicle's condition differs materially from what was described or depicted in submitted photos.
4. No Obligation
Submitting a valuation request does not obligate you to sell your vehicle, nor does it obligate us to purchase it. An offer, if made, is not binding until both parties have agreed in writing and the vehicle has passed inspection.
5. Accuracy of Information
You are responsible for ensuring all information you submit is accurate and truthful, including vehicle condition, mileage, service history, and any known damage or issues. Providing false or misleading information may result in the cancellation of any offer and could constitute fraud under UK law.
6. Cancellation & Withdrawal
You may withdraw your vehicle from the process at any time before accepting a final written offer with no penalty. Once a collection has been agreed and confirmed in writing, cancellation within 24 hours of the scheduled collection time may result in an administrative fee to cover reasonable costs incurred.
7. Payment
Payment is made by instant bank transfer upon successful collection and inspection of the vehicle. We do not pay by cash, cheque, or cryptocurrency. Payment will be made to the bank account of the registered keeper unless otherwise agreed in writing.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by UK law:
- We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental loss arising from your use of this website or our service.
- Our total liability to you shall not exceed the value of the offer made for your vehicle.
